Variable FlowGuardAuditPluginConst

FlowGuard Audit Plugin.

Consumes only { client, directory, worktree } from PluginInput. Unused fields and rationale:

• project: Identity resolved via git fingerprint, not OpenCode project metadata.
• $: FlowGuard never spawns shell commands from the plugin layer.
• experimental_workspace: Not applicable to FlowGuard's audit model.
• serverUrl: Communication is tool-hook-only, no HTTP callbacks needed.
